End of the year
The end of the year is arriving. 2010 is about to start, how fast a decade has flown past me. 10 years ago I was just getting ready to enter primary school and now I'm leaving secondary school. The choices I have made and the experiences I have had are unforgettable. As I enter the new decade I will not forget those who I have met in this one.

Anyway I met Mdm. Farizah by accident on last Saturday at Jalan Kayu she was out with her family and carrying her baby daughter. The baby was sooo cute. :) I didn't recognize her at first but she looked very familiar until I struck me. :P She could still remember me though she called out my name and wished me a Merry Christmas. Really didn't expect to see any teachers during this holiday haha.

Merry Christmas to all my friends :) Its that time of year again and 2010 is nearly, 2009 has sped past with the last year of Secondary school and O levels over. I will not forget all the friends that I made during this period and will cherish the memories that i have. TheChristmas SMSes that I received have really brightened up my heart :D

I also got a new phoen today :) I have been eying the phone for quite awhile the LG KM900 Arena :P Its extremely hard to get I went to about 8 stores before I found on ehtat actually sold it as it was on offer $100 off :P Its a fantastic touchscreen phone and looks very similar to the iphone.

Got my PlayStation 3! :)

Today I went "hunting" for my PS3. At first went to Courts MegaStore wah over there want to extort me $589 for Ps3 with one game damn Ex. So after that I went to a store in Tampines opposite Tampines One the same store I bought by PS2, 360, GBA and DS. They were selling it for $475 Ps3 with 2 used games and HDMI cable wah so much cheaper lor. lol. PS3 Slim 120GB one :P

Planning on getting an Infocomm gathering next week go out for lunch one big gang Sec 2s, 3s and 4s. Just haven't set a date and thought of a place to go hmmmmmm...

New Template uploaded and Os
Sorry I took so long to update. I'm finally finished with my new template and well as its back to the good old Kingdom Hearts theme :)

Well O Levels are finally over. At last !!! :) P.S. its about 2 weeks old

Last Tuesday was our Grad Nite, it was ok... 8-course meal was something that my table hardly ate with didn't finish any dish at all regardless whether it was an appetizer, main course of dessert there was bound to be leftovers that were cleared away by the waiters. The lucky draw thingy was fun and first but got boring fast so did the class videos. The last partwas quite fun we did the hokypokey (s.p.) :P Everyone looked so different from their usual school attire except some who wore extremely casual *cough*One from 4/1 and one from 4/2 guess who...*cough* Somehow after the grad nite thing many of us felt strangely hollow and sad maybe it was the end of an era but regardless it will be a new beginning :) BTW I just came back on Monday after a 6 day holiday thus my lateness in updating :)

Hmm went out to study on saturday first time I spent such a long time studying consecutively 4.5 hours at the McDonald's at T2. Studied Chemistry and SS with Andy, Yu Hui and Samantha. Andy made me wait for him for one hour some more at Pasir Ris MRT from 11 to 12 <_<

Didn't know got so many Temasekians there. A bunch of 4/4 people were sitting behind me and 4/2 people sitting across from me.

Also blog revamp coming soon this current template is somethig that I really really wanna change especially the colour and pictures.

The End is just the Beginning

And so today ends the last day of our Secondary School, we had our final laughs, cries and tears of joy.

I really liked what the teacher's did for us the video was an especially nice touch :)

Although I didn't really show it in school but deep down i did feel a sense of sadness but hey lets not spoil the occasion.

We exchanged autographs/signatures/beat wishes on each others class photos which was really fun and also got many teachers to sign them.

Our class has really changed over the past year last year we had 0% class spirit, but this year it jumped dramatically to a 100% a class BBQ, teacher's day party all these little things really wove our class together tightly, locals, scholars, foreigners alike we maybe from different places but we are all a part of 4/1! (Wonder whether it all changed when Mdm. Sahrina became our Co-Form she really changed things around for our class)

Well its gonna be solo from here on out! All for one and one for all Go 4/1!

Happiest Teacher's Day!

Firstly I would like to wish all teachers a special and wonderful Teacher's Day 2009 especially to Mrs. Peh, Mrs. Lim and Mdm. Nazia who most recently gave birth. I would like to wish her and her family a fantastic life ahead.

Secondly, went back to White Sands today, I met 5 6A people, andy Lua, Daniel Tay, Lynette, Samantha and Clarice. Most of the boys looked the same a lot taller though but the girls mostly changed alot some I couldn't recognise. Also met two ex-teachers Mrs. Peh(My ex-Form teacher) and Mrs. Imbrahim(My Ex-Art Teacher), both of them could still recognise me :) Unfortunately Mdm. Nazia was on maternity leave again after giving birth a second time, but still I wish her all the best. And finally my primary school opened up to ex-students previous years it was confined to one space either the canteen or foyer. I also passed my TEacher Day presents to 4 teachers. My chinese tuition teacher was extremely happy and so was my Maths teacher(coincidentally both are Mrs. Lim) haha. While my primary school teachers hadn't opened them yet. Well ooking forward to next year's Teacher's Day ;)

3rd Week of Term 3

Bio SPA this week ok ok lah so far haven't found out any mistakes :D

Today went to eat Prawn Mee for lunch then I saw got MediaCorp people filming next door at this row of very old houses. I saw Christopher Lee there they make him dress up like ah pek like that white hair and moustache look so funny haha.

Finally 2 weeks of rest after tiresome weeks of study. Well thank goodness the amount of HW this holiday is a lot less haha. I think I’m gonna spend a lot of time playing games lol

O Levels Tmr

First look at report book tmr damn scared sia. Then this whole week chinese intensive training almost 5 hours of chinese daily I wanna faint.

 

but after this it will be smooth sailing after next monday for a while phew…

 

too bad we have to stay back extra 2 weeks during June holidays haiz.

 

I using the Windows 7 Release Candidate now. Windows' 7 is the successor to vista and its supposed to be the flawless vista and twice as good as XP.

 

So far so good i think it loads and works faster than XP and its fantastic.

 

The release candidate is sort of a “preview” for the public it is for testing and will be the full retail version when launched, it works only till July 2010 though however it is a free operating system till then.

MYE almost over

Physics for MYE was sooooo bad. At least A and E Maths were not so bad. Chem was so-so. The rest also quite so-so. Though I did find a few careless mistakes in my Maths well only 4 exams left to go then its over. Then results come that is Armageddon.

Yesterday's MYE was errr… how do you say terrible  )X

Chinese P1.  I chose Q2 and Q5. Q2 I never read question properly, they asked to talk about old and frail passengers I talked about old and frail people as well as pregnant passengers. The question was about the new mrt trains deployed during rush hour where the middle seats have been taken out to provide more standing area.

Then Q5 I didn’t understand the meaning of the question. The question wanted to talk about Scholars/Smart Students committing suicide. I talked about young people committing suicide.

 

Chinese P2. This one I dun even want to talk about. ITs just soooo bad. Cloze Passage )X. Compre MCQ )X Compre open ended )X

 

SS Paper. I panicked before the start of the paper I couldn’tr remember any details but at least in the exam I could still roughly remember on globalization. First thing I did was note down the factors next to the question so I wouldn’t forget at first I couldn’t remember  the key driving forces of globalization but luckily I remembered Transnational corporations. SEQ I finished in about 50 min . SBQ I completed part a and b but not c and d. Part a i used PAMOV+DS 1 Para. Part b I did 3 para GS X-Ref and GS RE. Part c I did one para first then i did one para of part d. Then I went back to part c and completed another para, but then i only had enough time to finish 1/2 a para of part d so I didn’t really complete it. But I think its still ok lah.

I just happened to watch an encore telecast of “The School Nationals” on Channel 5 today because got nothing to watch. Then so happen they were featuring Teamsek Sec’s Canoeing Team today. They interview some students and show the school’s gymnasium they also got go interview Anthony Ho somemore.

I got back my Bio Test 3 today and got 22/30 :P My Bio marks have been constantly improving lor. CA1 = 22%, CA2 = 66% and CA3(Today’s)=73% Slowly but surely my marks are steadily increasing. Wan Yi was also very happy today she got 25/30 her face lit up when she saw the marks lor haha. Then today’s A. Maths test was quite easy lah but I messed qn 1(b).

TMS did reasonably well at the SYF this year we got one of everything but C.O.P.

Then today’s ALIVE! lesson Joshua went to bluff the new teacher who replaces Mdm. Sahrianna.

 

Joshua said his name was Michael Tan Kong Kian and was Michelle’s twin brother. Its really an inside joke but Its real funny, and the teacher believe somemore. Then they were calling each other “ge-ge” and “jie-jie”. Very funny lor

Today was Wan YI’s Birthday. Michelle, Stephanie and me bought her a pendant and a ring. It was initially meant to only be a pendant but as it was not blue, Stephanie decided to buy an extra Blue ring lol But it was a real nice day today. We agreed that out of the four of us we would take turns to buy presents for each other.

Recently I feel that for the past 2 weeks I am being ignored or avoided by a certain someone. :( I suspect I may know the reason, but… haiz.

 

Well onto other news. Speech Day yesterday. The speech by the guest of honour was soooo boring, but Mrs. Ong’s speech was quite ok. But everyone was laughing at her when she wore the same red shirt as the one in the picture. lol  Award Ceremony went ok, saw alot of ex-Temasekians. Joel, YingYing, Tara, Andrew. Then came the Long Service Award, applause was the loudest here of all the sections lor. Mr. Sabri got the loudest applause, the whole hall was filled with claps. Mrs. Lim, Ms. Morni and Mdm. Farizah got the 2nd highest. THen came the concert segment surprisingly it was really good. First came the choir they sang 2 songs one about the amazon and the other the SYF song, it was ok the second song was funny though “Ah-Humm Xi” lol, then came a violin and piano performance it was very nice especially the violin part but I couldn’t really see them. Then came the Dance which I think was the nicest performance of the day, what they performed wasn’t what they used fro SYF though. If they used this song they might have fared better. Then the CO performance the front part was slow but the back part was magnificent. Then the concert segment ended.

 

The Medal they gave to CCA Awardees is quite nice they engraved your CCA and Name at teh back and the front had the school logo. Not as cheapskate as last year :D The school is richer this year.

Well today I got B3 for my Bio D: Lets say I did rather badly for Term 1 Bio. Then today Chinese Lecture the teacher was telling jokes the whole way through that I didn’t really learn anything from it, I just got a good laugh from the lecture.  She is the first teacher in Temasek to use Hokkien in class. lol

 

Then recess I kena bugged by Shameer and Wei Jie, the two of them keep on annoying me then In class Michelle and Stephanie also annoy me about the same thing <_<

Maths Mrs. Lim never come but wah the worksheet she give so tough, only Shameer know how to do, the relief teacher really thought Shameer was an Indian Scholar. The Relief Teacher who came to our class was actually 3 years our senior she was Sec 4 when we were Sec 1. She was that Miss Temasek Princess and acted in  that “Brothers” Musical, Michelle pointed it out at the end of the lesson lor.

 

Then Speech Day Rehearsal started 1 hour late because of the AV Crew. The Choir wore terrible Purple colour clothes. Ewww. Chinese Orchestra wore blue Colour, I found the shade quite nice dunno why so many people say ugly. Saw quite a few 4/1 ppl wearing. Then CO people very suay they must stay until the end, Award Winners can go first :P

Troubled on hwo to do SS Task 3 i have no idea at all.

My group hasn't even arranged how to do the group SBQ.

Well this week went by ok. No tests came back. But had an A. Maths test it was ok though. Chem SPA quite easy thankfully but I spilled P2 twice hope the teacher didn't see.

Another week gone past. Well this week I got not too bad results. 17/20 fro that E Maths Common Test and 17/25 for english Common Test which was quite high among the class.

ON Friday we changed the Infocomm Committee. I successfully managed to push Yong Lign up to Vp and put Si Jie into the committee, fruitful day.


And a good working Wii Emulator that can run High Def.

Today supposed to go eat Sakae Sushi. So we went to the East Point branch. We wanted to use the $250 voucher we won. But we kanna scam. Firstly the voucher came in $10 denominations. Secondly, the voucher can only be used with minimum $50 purchase. Thirdly, and worst of all no combining of vouchers <_< So end up we go in sit inside discuss for about half and hour sit there drink hte water and we walked out cuz Samuel and Woon bing no money. Best of all when we walk out Samuel shout "THANK YOU FOR THE WATER!" We all laughing somemore cuz we actually like sneak out like that. We sit inside so long but only drink water XD End up we go KFC and it and Joshua behaved like a Joker. Say alot of rubbish and he drank Chili sauce Pepsi :P

Then go home taking Bus 29 from Tampines. Halfway back turning from Loyang Avenue to Old Tampines Road. Kanna Accident. This stupid lorry crash into the front door of the bus shattering the whole front door. I sitting front seat somemore lor. Very Scary lor. I was playing on my DS suddenly BANG! then glass was flying everywhere. Apparently the lorry was going very fast then another lorry cut into its path because got no time to brake so it swerved then hit into the bus front door. You know whats more scary the lorry that bang into the bus is carrying gas cylinders somemore. Then I spent about 30 mins in the bus the bus driver asked all of us to wait until another bus and traffic police come. Everyone was quite scared on the bus we were discussing what actually happened and so on, the bus captain was taking down hte number of the witnesses and all the license plate numbers too. But then got some people in a hurry so the bus driver open the door then he stand in the middle of the road stop the traffic let us cross over to the number 19 on the other side. Then we got free ride :D I got some pics :D

Glory to the Infocomm Club (and the generous competitions sponsors :P )

Today I left class at 12 30 before Eng's Lesson :P To go for the prize presentation for this competition. We got alot of time so we decided to take bus. After about 40 mins on the bus we were passing by SUntec, then I asked SI Jie and Chin Kiat do we know where to get off both dunno they say Ms. Ho knew. So we sat and waited then we noticed she was lying agansst the window, then we all like there not go ask here cause she asleep lol So we just sat there watching then in the end I went over and woke her up, she say haven't reach so we waited. Already 50 mins on the bus 1:50 need to be at teh venue at 2:00 and we haven't transfer bus yet. SO we all got very worried, then we saw Ms. Ho take out a map, all of us laughing cuz we tot she knew but then took out map. Oh no! But in the end we got off at the correct bus stop.

Then we walk in thru an entrance, then we see how come nobody one. End up we went in through the back entrance lol.

It was actually quite a big event with 301 entries and 41 schools participated in the competition.

Then they show the entries 1 from Hwa Chong is very nice lor, 2 is from Temasek. We thought we sure lose to Hwa Chong lor.

Scully we ended up first and beat Hwa Chong lol.

Prizes alot lor. Xbox 360, PSP, Wacom tablet, $200 voucher Sakae Sushi and Portable hard disk.

Today was a day of surprises. This morning before Reading Period Ms. Ho called me out of class to talk. She told me that I was a speech day awardee alongside ^^ I didn't really expect it. I thought it would go to the sec 3s haha but I am happy nonetheless.

Then better news 4 teams from Infocomm club made it to the shortlist for a Animation Competition. First time teh Sec 4s got a shortlist for any competition considering our standard lol One team of sec 4s. 3 teams of sec 3s. Sec 3s got teh talent we don't, and the brainwashing XD

Well did a good deed today. Went flag selling for the Singapore Disability Sports Council along with Teck Yan, Shahirah, Zainal, Shalihin, Shameer and Andy Teo. The bluddy Tin PIck-Up point was at Parkway Parade, so out of the way lor take so long to get there and back. Then at the counter the lady in-charge was a Ex-Temasekian. She was asking about the teachers in Temasek, she asked whether Ms. Morni was still there and did she still wear a scarf, she also asked about Mrs. Maesten, Ms. Chua and a few other teachers. I didn't know Ms. Morni used to wear a scarf. Then the school system so lan lor. Somehow, The stupid thing get the class as well as IC number mixed up. Suddenly I kanna retained and became combined science class (3/7). And the I was born in 1994 cuz the IC was S94*******. THen very funny all the 4/5 ppl not only kanna retained but became Normal Tech (3/10) Shameer and Zainal were also 3/7. Then dunno what miracle Shahirah became 4/1 kanna promoted to triple science XD But dunno by what miracle Class and IC were from but HP number correct. Stupid lor.



Then we listened to Teck Yan's smart idea. He say got to The Central(A Shopping mall} @ Clarke Quay. He say sell there very good so we went there the place almost deserted lor Sian. Then after that we walk and walk until almost Chinatown. Then we took bus down to Funan and sell outside for a while. Then we split. Shalihin sell across the street from Funan, Shameer sold outside City Hall MRT, me, Zainal & Shahirah went together to Tampines while Teck Yan and Andy went to sell outside the Suntec CitiLink entrance. Business @ Suntec was quite ok la filled up 1/4 Tin. Then we went back to Funan to look for Shameer and Shalihin cuz almost Lunch Time and Shalihin said he sell at his side very good fill up 3/4 tin. Sian lor.



So we walked back to Funan meet Shameer and Shalihin, Shameer tin and mine about same weight but Shalihin's tin damn heavy sia. Then we go Mac @ Funan eat lunch. I used the Mac Coupon to get a free nuggets, Teck Yan told me cannot say can only use after 2 but I dun care so I use, the cashier ask the manager, manager say can. Then Teck Yan go use his at the same counter, the cashier ask manager again, manager say no after 2 then can. lol So I am the only one who got the free thing, and is by right only after 2 can use, it was 1.



Then outside Funan there was also another of the Pickup counter all the Siglap Sec ppl there. Then I saw my good WSPS friend Nelson there so coincidental, exchanged HP numbers + MSN. He the same P3 class as me, we were very good friends as well as a few others we used to always be in a group. Andy Sim, Nelson, Javier and me. But them P4 we split class :( (I have fate with ppl named Andy, I know 3 Andys lor Andy Sim, Teo and Lua)



After that we went back to Parkway wa lau raining heavily when we took bus back from Parkway to Bedok. Then I took MRT to Pasir Ris and walk to the interchange rain soooo heavy then every minute got lightning and thunder quite scary lor. Then I went home :)

Overall today is a good day. Even though I got teased by Teck Yan and Andy all the way around Singapore, he keep saying I like .... But since I met Nelson and kept in contact with him it was a worth it day.

I treasure my primary school friends alot especially my Primary 3 ones. haha still remember WSPS like it was yesterday. The good days. Haiz how time passes. Wish could go back to the good old days. P3 top in class and got a good band of friends. :)

Today PE we learnt the basics of Touch Rugby. So ma fan cannot throw forward, can only throw sideways and backwards. Then I same group as Shun Toll some more, so suey lor. Alex "Goalkeeper" he got 5 chances to catch the ball and score, all 5 all miss. lol I managed to score 2 goals :D THe fianl score was 2: 2 After they changed Alex as goalkeeper to Nam.

Well anyway today wen to school ealry to do CIP at Computer Lab 4 :P I really need CIP hours. I the cleaning up with Joshua and Shahirah. Then after school I helped Shameer to clean up again.

So I did CIP twice in oen day.

Shalihin and Teck Yan slackers never come. Wa Lau lor.

Then today Ms. Soh give us a surprise test. Joshua thought it was a joke, he kept saying she was joking till she gave the test. It was sooo hard I couldn't tell if it was support or does not support :(

Haiz Teck Yan is sooo irritating lor. He go Sabo me during CCA yesterday. Now I feel so... Dunno wat to do la. Need to think on how to fix this think think.

Okay now on to today. Just now CCA slack. Starting we talk talk talk talk talk. Then go down to canteen and eat. Then go back to Lab 4 and talk. Today 1000% Slack.

Yesterday I went to the Tampines Central Community Complex. Dun ask me why. I went to he food court and then I saw this familiar figure.

Wa to day so tired. Stupid PE luckily only need to go one round around the bluddy circuit.

Then today CCA meeting got quite a few things that happened. But I'll keep it within the Infocomm CLub as it may blow up into a discipline matter if the rest of the school noes.

But I still got a long way to go. I need to set up all the new ICC Accounts for Lab 4.

Good News though. The A Maths and Chem tests were easier than I thought.

I dun think I will fail them but how well will I do is left to be seen.

Dunno why Mr. Heng want to see all upper sec ICC Members tmr. Apparently its related to discipline matters but what discipline matters its gonna be fun to watch tmr.

And I solved the bluddy mystery of the missing stick. Stupid lor. Mr. Heng make me go D&T to get a new stick for Com Lab 4 -_- After some bluddy idiots went to hide it. But my insider sources have given me a clue to where it is and who are the culprits who have feigned ignorance. Tmr ICC they will DIE!!! Make me go through so much hassle to get a new stick when the old one is still around :S

Finally a credible source says that games are already in development for the PSP2.

Apparently the Head of a Gaming company has commented that Sony already has a prototype and games are currently already in development for it :P

Yeah its about time!
